EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: If your order requires faster shipping than our standard FREE Ground Shipping you may contact us to get shipping costs. You will only be charged the shipping charges to deliver to your home. Shipping fees are non-refundable should you need to return the pet car seat.

• Rush orders may be shipped the same day if received by our company by 12 Noon EST, Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Please note that due to the dynamics of our business we ship with third party carriers such as UPS and Fedex. Therefore DogCarSeats.cc and Zicom Inc. are not responsible for shipping delays after your pet car seat has left our warehouse. UPS Package delivery guarantee does NOT apply when the transportation carriers are delayed or disrupted due to bad weather, train derailment and the like.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII: Shipping costs are quoted at the actual shipping expense with no markup of handling fees added. The costs are quoted based on the item you select according to it's weight and size. Orders outside the US will be handled on a case by case basis.
