The warranty on our Dog Car Seats varies by the manufacturer. Please read the individual warranty policies based on the dog car seat purchased.

THE STANDARD WARRANTY SET FORTH BELOW IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES AGAINST CLAIMS OF PATENT OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, AND PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES OR DESIGN WARRANTIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ALLEGED
TO HAVE RESULTED FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.

We warrant to the original user that this product shall be free from all defects in material or workmanship for thirty days (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Defects caused by tampering, animal chewing, use for any purpose other than confining a cat or dog, unauthorized alterations & modifications or attempted repairs are not covered by this warranty by purchaser or any third party. We may elect to replace the entire unit, at no extra cost to you, with the same model or a similar model rather than repair it.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Outward Hound Pet Booster - Does not offer a formal warranty but it has been our experience that they back their product and have always exchanged or worked to remedy any issue that would be addressed under a warranty situation. They stand behind their products!
