No. Only the Lookout II comes with the storage drawer and is the main difference between the Lookout 1 and Lookout 2 car seats.

Details
The LookOut 1 Dog Car Seat by Snoozer is the original pet safety car seat. The comfortable foam construction not only cushions bumps in the road but also offers a 9 inch boost so even the smallest dog can enjoy the view. This dog car seat features a cover made from quilted nylon or faux leather material with a faux lambs wool interior that stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The LookOut 1 Dog Car Seat comes complete with a safety strap to securely fasten you dog to the car seat which attaches in your car using your vehicle's seat belt.

Warranty on your new Snoozer Lookout 1 Dog Car Seat
All SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS carry a limited One Year Warranty. Each item is manufactured under the highest standards and is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for the original owner (proof of purchase is required). "Original Owner" is a person who purchased the item from SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS or its authorized dealer. Any item purchased from a private person or a dealer not authorized by SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS is specifically not covered under this warranty.This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the item is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence, or if the product is modified or altered by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover wearing or materials or components which may occur after extended use of the product, this warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not the cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.
If one of our products ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it with the same or comparable item. In the event that the same or comparable item does not exist, SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS will issue a company credit for the most recent selling price for the damaged item (or purchase value if an original receipt is presented with the return).
SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS shall have no liability or responsibility to the original purchaser or any other person for any special incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS. Except for the express warranty stated above. SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS makes no other warranties with respect the products, either expressed or implied. SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice.
Returns and warranty replacements must be sent to SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS at the owners expense.

We have a Manchester Terrier who is extremely hyper. My husband laughed at me when I told him I ordered her a car seat. Imagine his surprise when we put her in it ---and she stayed. She loves to look out the window and is afraid to lay down because she might miss something. Ordered on Thursday and received on Saturday. Very happy with car seat and quick arrival of product. Digby LOVES his car seat. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product. It fits easily in both our cars (front and back seats). We recently had an instance where my husband and I had to drive separately and my husband had Digby in the back seat. As a driver, it was the cutest thing watching a little dog looking out the window watching the world go by. It makes us feel good that he is strapped in and safe as well. I have had one of these car seats since Leo was a puppy (he is now 5). The seat makes him SO much safer and he really enjoys hopping into his "chair". I loved it so much I got my mom one since Leo goes with her a lot too! The car seat has actually saved his life on the freeway when other drivers cut me off and slammed on brakes. I just recieve my dog's car seat. It looks wonderful. The price was just perfect. We plan to go to Louisiana from N.Y.C. soon, and take the scenic route. I know my little yorkie is going to love it. The seat looks really warm and comfortable for a ride that will have the air conditioner up high, The seat came with a nice attachment that I can connect to my Yorkie's harness. I plan to write another review after we use it. I purchased the small for my five lb. dog. I love that the the seat will allow my dog to see out of the window, be safe and take comfortable naps.The seat also comes with directions to attach the car seat and harness. Mickey's been using this seat for over 12 years and loves it. I purchased the small with the bottom drawer and I'm purchasing another one, without the drawer, due to wear and tear. My only negative comment is that the drawer slides out when you're taking the seat in/out. Maybe the newer ones have a locking device? But I'll just get the basic one this time. My 6 lb. chihuahua LOVES her new seat! The very first time I took her on a drive, I swear she smiled at me :) It's like she's saying, "I never knew there was so much to see. Thank you for getting this for me!" Very easy to pull in and out of the car. I haven't used the safety harness. She didn't even try to get out of the seat without it on. Less than a week after receiving the Snoozer Lookout 1 Dog car seat, we were rear-ended while on vacation. I am so thankful that my little Papillon, Yoshi, was safely secured in his car seat. I purchased one of these just before Christmas to hold my little Havanese as we drove from Florida to Texas for the holidays. He sat in the seat for about 15 of the 16 hour drive! He's very comfortable, loves looking out the window, and I don't have to worry about his safety. Can't say enough good things about this car seat. Money well spent! "Bosco B. Bosley" has 3 seats in 3 sizes...one for each of our vehicles. (I previously wrote a review for the large size). "Bosco" now weighs a healthy 8.5 lbs and is comfortable in each seat. We adopted him on 1/6/10 from a shelter when he was 6.5 yrs old. We want to make the rest of his life healthy...happy...safe (which the seats do). This is a great company. Received my Lookout I car seat and my dog loves it. It keeps her safe and secure. She loves looking out of the window with ease. No more standing on the arm rest to look out and pressing the button to open and close the window, which can be dangerous. We are so happy with our car seat. I have to say that we love this car seat as much as our dog. Its ease of use allows us to pop it in and out of our two vehicles. Rookie enjoys looking out the window, or simply just napping. We feel he is safe and secure knowing his harness is attached to the clip. It's SO EASY to install both the seat and our pooch. We're about to head cross-country and think he'll enjoy ogling the purple mountain majesties and mighty waves of grain from his comfortable perch. A wise investment, I have been asked many times where I got these boosters. Provides safety for small dogs who can become projectiles in case of an accident. It keeps them alive - It also keeps them OFF YOUR LAP - another safety must! I attach the security line to a body harness, never the neck collar. They can see out the window, can sniff breezes and not fall out. Their seat is their home on the road. They love it and nap in it. I know they are safe. Everybody is happy.
